Returns & Exchanges
At FINARI, you have 30 days to try on your order at home and decide with complete peace of mind.
Is the size not right, do you prefer a different color, or would you like to return your purchase? No problem—returns and exchanges are simple, provided the item is sent back in its original condition.
How does it work?
- Report your return or exchange within 30 days of receipt via our customer service.
- Repack the item in its original condition and packaging (including shoebox and accessories).
- Send the package back; once inspected, we will arrange the exchange or refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and complete, including original packaging and accessories.
- Please try shoes only on a clean, soft surface to avoid marks.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are always processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once approved, the amount will usually appear back in your account within 2–5 business days.
